Create initial Lean Canvas for each idea, problem or segment variants based on desk research & SME input. Identify key risks & assumptions.
Prioritize for Validation
Score & prioritize designs by customer need, channel access, market potential, timing, competition, feasibility, and risk areas. Choose top opportunities to validate.

Source & Brainstorm Ideas
We attach a team at the earliest stage of venture ideation. With the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), we will run design thinking workshops, founder-advantage discover and customer desirability analysis.

Co-founder and initial full-time members of venture in place. Gain initial customer traction or LOI’s.
Launch
