FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI-native platform that transforms how engineering and construction firms win project proposals.

The problem is simple - but the consequences are significant.

Architecture, engineering, and construction, or (AEC) proposal and marketing teams spend weeks chasing technical experts for inputs, searching through past project plans and outdated content, and manually tracking compliance across complex RFQs and RFPs.. all under immovable deadlines.

One missing requirement. One outdated qualification. One compliance gap. And millions of dollars in project revenue can be lost.

The result is slower submissions, burned-out teams, and inconsistent win rates in an industry where predictable backlog directly determines the firm’s growth.

As the Founding CEO, you will:

1. Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention + expansion.

2. Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to launch your V1.

3. Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation. And Lead the seed round with FutureSight’s initial investment.
