FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI Compliance venture serving SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. Today, compliance teams at RIAs and broker-dealers spend countless hours manually reviewing marketing materials, employee communications, and trade records—driving up costs, slowing approvals, and increasing regulatory risk.

Our venture is reimagining this workflow with an explainable, policy-as-code platform that brings all reviews into one intelligent, automated system—empowering compliance teams to move faster, cut costs, and stay confidently audit-ready.

High volumes of required reviews. Repetitive checks. Clear pass–fail outcomes with real regulatory consequences.

And yet, compliance teams are still buried in manual workflows—reading marketing copy line by line, scanning communications, and reconciling trades.

Our belief is simple: 

AI should own this work—systematically reviewing, flagging, and documenting compliance activity with explainable logic—so compliance leaders can reduce risk and effort without relying on brittle keyword rules or burning out teams on work that must be done but adds no strategic value.

As the Founding CEO, you will:

1. Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention + expansion.

2. Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to launch your V1.

3. Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation. And Lead the seed round with FutureSight’s initial investment.
